Hi, I'm Kirsten - founder and creator of Hello Herbals. I’ve always been fascinated by plants. My journey began as a child foraging for herbs and flowers to make potions in my backyard. Throughout the years I always seeked using real plant extracts in my day to day. Just identifying their scents and knowing I was utilising the gifts of the earth excited me.

My love for plants and health led me into the skincare and pharmaceutical industry where I learnt more of the science behind active ingredients and plants as medicine, but as my eyes started to open to what's really in our products, the whole long list - in what we consume, what we put on our skin and what's in the products we use at home on a everyday basis, I realised how much we have had drifted from the actual source. 

I turned back to old ways. Traditional herbalism, holistic health and plant energetics. This led me to start making my own products, first for myself and my family. Then for friends - offering plant medicines and making them natural body products. Creating with nature has always felt purposeful and powerful to me, which is what inspired me to start Hello Herbals - a little business built from curiosity, intuition and a deep trust in the natural world.
