Dispatch Time: Your order will be dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and postcode.

Standard Delivery Timeframe: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Rural or remote areas may take 2-3 days longer.

Rural Delivery: An additional $6 NZD surcharge applies to rural addresses. Please ensure you select the rural option at checkout if this applies to you, if not, we will have need to send a payment link for this before your order is posted.

Shipping Cost for NZ Special Locations:

• Waiheke Island - $11.50
• Great Barrier Island - $12.00, no signature upon delivery option available

Signature on Delivery: Orders are sent with signature required by default unless you are on Great Barrier Island or some rural locations. If you’d prefer your parcel left without a signature, you can leave instructions in the order notes at checkout.

Customs & Duties: Orders under AUD $1,000 generally clear Australian customs without added taxes or duties under the CER Agreement. For higher-value orders, customs may require an import declaration and GST or duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. You may want to create separate orders to avoid customs fees if this is the case.

Tracked Delivery: At checkout, you will have the option of selecting either the 'not tracked' or 'tracked' shipping option for a small additional fee. Some rural addresses may not have this option - if this is the case, we will let you know before your purchase is packed.
